Suspicious Man In Hoodie Busted With Stolen Laptop In Westchester, Police Say A suspicious suspect is back behind bars after being busted by police with a stolen laptop and other stolen items during an early morning stop by an officer. While conducting larceny patrol on the Hutchinson River Parkway Corridor at approximately 2 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 7, an officer from the Scarsdale Police Department spotted a suspicious man walking in a hoodie on Weaver Street with a backpack.
