Wanted Man Busted For Driving With BAC Double Legal Limit In Westchester, Police Say A 21-year-old Fairfield County man wanted in West Virginia for a marijuana possession charge was arrested in Westchester after being busted by a witness driving with a blood alcohol content double the legal limit, police said. An officer from the Scarsdale Police Department was dispatched to Supply Field at approximately 6:37 a.m. on Friday, July 12, where there was a report of a man and woman inside a vehicle acting erratically.
