Westchester Store Shut Down After Discovery Of THC Vapes, Illegal Products: Police
A business in Westchester was shut down following the seizure of several illegal products, including THC vapes, police announced.
During the night of Thursday, Feb. 1, Yonkers Police conducted a joint investigation with the city's Building Department and Consumer Protection Bureau at a business located at 2B Main St. in the Getty Square area, according to the department's 4th Precinct.
The investigation and search resulted in authorities confiscating several flavored vape pens, THC vapes, and illegal tobacco products, police said.

A city in Westchester has seen a dramatic rise in unlicensed smoke shops selling cannabis and other illegal products to children, officials said.
According to Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano, unlicensed smoke shops that peddle cannabis and other products containing THC have popped up all over the city despite the police department's best efforts, he said in a press conference held on Thursday, March 9.
