Mount Laurel Woman Slaps Two Children At Home Daycare: Prosecutor A Mount Laurel woman has been charged with abusing two young children she was caring for in her home daycare, authorities announced. Danielle Ingraham, 36, of Evergreen Road, was arrested Monday, March 4, and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of cruelty to a child, according to Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L.
