A missing 10-year-old girl from Upstate New York has been found after a search that spanned several days and involved multiple police agencies. Rensselaer County resident Elizabeth Rosa had last been seen at around 11:40 p.m. Tuesday, Aug.1, in Troy, getting into an unknown car on 7th Avenue in the North Lansingburgh neighborhood.
