Woman Caught With Stolen Debit Card In Hudson Valley A 34-year-old Hudson Valley woman turned herself into police after she was allegedly caught on video using a stolen debit card. Jessica I. Mann of Wappingers Falls turned herself in Monday to the Ulster County Sheriff's Office,  after being caught on security video using a stolen card to withdraw money at a gas station in Port Ewen, said the Sheriff's Office. Mann was charged with the felony grand larceny and issued an appearance ticket to appear in court.
