Westchester Man Facing Drugs, Weapons Possession Charges
An investigation into drug sales in Westchester led to a host of charges for an alleged drug dealer who was busted with several illegal weapons, according to the District Attorney’s Office. James Bachman, 69, was arraigned in New Rochelle City Court on multiple drug and weapons charges following his arrest on Friday, Jan. 24, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr., announced.
