A 48-year-old man with a previous child molestation conviction will spend decades in prison for sexually assaulting two children in Northern Westchester over several years and sending explicit photos to a third. Facebook, Instagram Go Down For Users Throughout World
This story has been updated. Some of the most used social media sites and apps around the world were down for around six hours. Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger all went down just before noontime Monday, Oct. 4. All four platforms are owned by Facebook and have a combined three billion users.
