New Eatery Combines Coffee, Art In Westchester A new cafe in Northern Westchester is combining Filipino-inspired pastries, coffee, and art into a fresh experience for those who stop by.  Likha Art Cafe, located in Hawthorne at 363 Elwood Ave., celebrated its soft opening on Friday, July 14, the owners announced on social media.  The new eatery offers a focus on art while serving coffee and a selection of Filipino-inspired sweets. Popular Business Owner From Westchester Dies At 57 James T. Maryniak, a Hudson Valley business owner who grew up in Westchester County, has died at the age of 57. According to his obituary, Maryniak was born in New Rochelle and grew up in South Salem. He later moved to Wappingers Falls. He owned Middletown Tattoo, Tattooz Forever, and Exotic Fish & Kustom Aquariums in Wappingers Falls. Maryniak was an artist who loved tattooing, airbrushing and teaching his grandsons how to draw.  "Jim was a great and loyal friend," his obituary reads.
