In Orange County, Middletown High School will be closed on Friday, Nov. 17 following the fight on Thursday afternoon, Nov. 16. The closure for grades 9-12 only. All K-8 campuses will be open. The incident occurred in Rockland County in Ramapo on  Tuesday, Nov. 13 at a government building on Route 59. According to Lt. The crash took place in Orange County in the town of Deerpark on I-84 near mile marker 1.4, said Trooper Steven Nevel, of the New York State Police. Man Jumps To Death From Bear Mountain Bridge A 48-year-old man jumped to his death from a Hudson Valley bridge. The incident took place on Friday, Nov. 10 at the Bear Mountain Bridge near in the town of Cortlandt in Northern Westchester County. According to New York State Police Trooper AJ Hicks, New Jersey resident Aleksey P. Mikhaylov, of Northvale, was located and pronounced dead at the scene.   No signs of foul play were discovered at this time, Hicks said. The Westchester County Medical Examiner’s Office was on scene for the investigation.

Woman Jumps From Bridge In Hudson Valley New update: ID Released For Woman Who Died After Jumping From Bridge In Hudson Valley A woman jumped to her death from a bridge in the region. The incident took place in Dutchess County in Beacon just before 6 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 14 at the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge. According to Trooper AJ Hicks of the New York State Police, the woman's body has been recovered. Notification of next of kin is still taking place, so the woman's identity has not yet been released.
