New Update: 20-Year-Old Dead, 18-Year-Old In Serious Condition After Hudson Valley Crash This story has been updated: A 20-year-old Westchester County man is dead and an 18-year-old male is in stable condition following a single-car crash that ended with the vehicle slamming into the side of a building. The crash took place around 11:40 p.m., Monday, July 3 at 1420 West Boston Post Road in the town of Mamaroneck. Putnam Sheriff Names New Patrol Captain Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. Langley, Jr. has appointed Harry J. Tompkins as the new Captain of Patrol for the department.
