CT EnCon Police Investigate Shooting Incident Involving Black Vulture Police in Connecticut are seeking the public’s assistance as they search for a suspect who illegally shot a black vulture, breaking its wing. The Connecticut State Environmental Conservation Police were contacted by a wildlife rehabilitator in Watertown last week, who reported that a black vulture had recently been shot, suffering a broken wing.
