Longtime Judge From Westchester Appointed By JFK As Assistant US Attorney Dies A retired New York State Supreme Court Justice and former assistant United States attorney appointed by former President John F. Kennedy has died at the age of 85. Kenneth Rudolph died on Sunday, Dec. 26, according to his obituary. Rudolph began his legal career as an assistant US attorney appointed by President Kennedy before he moved on to become a co-founding member of Rudolph & Altieri.
