In Orange County, Minisink Valley Schools Superintendent Brian Monaghan issued an alert to the community advising that following a boys modified basketball game, a bullet was found in the stands. White Plains Teachers, School District, Reach Agreement On Contract The White Plains School District and the city’s Teachers’ Association have settled on an agreement on a three-year contract that will include a 1.5 percent annual salary increase. The new contract was agreed upon by both parties as of Friday, Feb. 8, and it was officially voted on an approved Monday night at its meeting on Feb. 11.
