Port Chester Resident Who Was Longtime Sales Rep Dies A man who grew up in Westchester County and spent more than 50 years working at an insurance company in Connecticut has died at the age of 91. Fairfield County resident Anthony “Tony” Ragusa, of Wilton, died at Danbury Hospital on Thursday, Aug. 4, following a brief illness, according to his obituary. He was born in Port Chester and graduated from Port Chester High School. Suspect Caught Stealing From Westchester Church Donation Box Apprehended An investigation into stolen money from a Westchester church donation box led to the apprehension of a Yonkers man who fought his arresting officers, police said. Investigators from the Yonkers Police Department were dispatched to Sacred Heart Church on Shonnard Place on Friday, Jan. 19, after receiving reports of a suspicious suspect removing money from a donation box. According to police, an investigation into the incident determined that the suspect - later identified as Kevin Madison, 39 - used a metal hook to “fish” $30 from the donation box.
