Services Set For Greenwich Police Officer, 38, Who Died Unexpectedly Services for a Greenwich Police Officer who die unexpectedly during a medical emergency have been announced. Officer Justin Quagliani, 38, of Greenwich, died on Tuesday, Dec. 17, while at home, Greenwich Police said. Quagliani had been with the department since 2015. Prior to becoming a police officer, he served 10 years as a military police sergeant with the U.S. Army Reserves. He also served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and received numerous awards and certifications during his tenure.
