Westchester IDA To Consider Incentives For $1B In New Projects The Westchester County Industrial Development Agency is considering granting a series of incentives for three large-scale projects throughout Downtown White Plains that would result in more than $1.2 billion in new developments, as discussed on Friday, March 29. Westchester Apartment Complex Sells For $91M Talleyrand Apartments, a 300-unit multifamily community in Tarrytown, has been sold to an affiliate of The DSF Group of Waltham, Mass., for $91 million.  The new owner is Crescent Drive Owner LLC, an affiliate of The DSF Group.
