Mexican National Admits To Drug Trafficking In Westchester A Mexican national who repeatedly illegally entered the country has admitted to his role in trafficking methamphetamine and other drugs from New York to Connecticut. Rafael Lopez-Macias, a citizen of Mexico last known to reside in Norwalk, has pleaded guilty in Bridgeport district court to narcotics trafficking and immigration offenses, U.S. Attorney John Durham announced. Greenwich Man Nabbed In Jail For Stealing Wallet Two Years Ago A Greenwich man was nabbed by Greenwich Police at the Westchester County Jail on an outstanding warrant for ripping off a wallet out of a car. Cesar Salazar-Duque, 30, was picked up at the Westchester County Jail, where he was being held on another charge, on a warrant for stealing a wallet in 2016 and using the credit cards inside, said Greenwich Police. He was also wanted on several failure to appear warrants from other jurisdictions for charges ranging from being a fugitive from justice, petit larceny, immigration violation, possession of marijuana and possession of stolen property.  He…
