As of Monday, Feb. 6, #20 buses will no longer service stops on Orangeburgh Road, Sickletown Road and Convent Road west of 3rd Avenue, the transit company announced on its website. Clarkstown Police Search For Woman, 29, On Larceny, Stolen Property Charges CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- A Rockland woman is being sought on charges of larceny and possession of stolen property, Clarkstown police said. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of 29-year-old Rachel Matias of Spring Valley, police said. Matias is described as white, 4 feet 6 inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes. Clarkstown police are asking anyone with knowledge of Matias’s whereabouts to call their warrant unit at (845) 639-5880, or their TIPS line at (877) 639-6233.
