2 Westchester Correction Officers Accused Of Misconduct At County Jail, Put On Leave
Two Westchester County correction officers have been arrested for alleged misconduct at the county jail, prosecutors said.
Diamond Davis, 33, of Yonkers, and Kimesha Foster, 47, of Mount Vernon, were arrested on Monday, Sept. 28, at the Westchester County Jail in Valhalla by investigators from the Westchester County District Attorney's Office, DA Susan Cacace announced on Tuesday, Sept. 29.
Both officers were charged with official misconduct and issued desk appearance tickets. They are scheduled to be arraigned in Mount Pleasant Justice Court on Thursday, Oct. 1.
