Arlington Woman Named Dutchess County School Bus Driver of the Year A woman from Arlington has officially been named as the winner of the 18th annual Dutchess County’s School Bus Driver of the Year award. Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro announced Wednesday, May 1 that Janice Tito of the Arlington Central School District was chosen for the coveted award.
