Three Trustees Elected In Village Of Fishkill Three trustees in the Village of Fishkill will start their terms on July 2.           Fishkill voters elected three village trustees on Tuesday, June 19, with a light turnout. Dean Scofield and incumbent Trudi Newhard won a three-way race for two seats for trustee, who serve two-year terms.  Scofield received 44 votes, Newhard received 37 and Rafael Delgado received 16 votes. Incumbent Matthew Vetare won a one-year term, running unopposed, with 35 votes.
