Woman Menaces Utility Workers With Knife In Tivoli, Police Say A 60-year-old area woman was arrested and sent to jail after screaming at utility workers and menacing them with a knife and pepper spray, state police said. The incident occurred at around noon on Wednesday, June 27 when troopers responded to Madalin Court in the Dutchess County village of Tivoli for a report of a woman screaming at Central Hudson work crews in the area.  An investigation found Mona F.
