Putnam Man Charged With DWI, Cocaine Possession A Putnam County man was busted with cocaine during a traffic stop near the intersection of Secor Road and Bryant Road Park in Putnam Valley. Putnam County Sheriff’s Deputy Kevin Osika stopped Putnam Valley resident Jason Rohrig at approximately 3:50 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 30, near the intersection, when he was spotted committing multiple traffic violations in the area. Osika conducted a traffic stop, during which it was determined that Rohrig, 32, was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.
