Ex-Teacher Accused Of Sexual Assault Found With Student In Traffic Stop A former Fairfield County educator awaiting trial for allegedly sexually assaulting two students is back in hot water after being busted during a traffic stop with one of her alleged victims. Milford resident Laura Ramos, an ex-special education teacher at Central High School in Bridgeport, had been out on $50,000 bond as she awaits trial following her arrest in June last year.  On June 22, she was pulled over on in Waterford for distracted driving.
