Orange County resident Liberio Nieto, age 28, of the city of Middletown, was arrested on Tuesday, June 6 by the New York State Police Child Abuse Unit. Police, FBI Looking To Locate Area Man Wanted For Rape Of Minor The New York State Police and the FBI are asking the public for help locating a man who allegedly raped a minor in the Hudson Valley. Jesus Torres, age 31, of Goshen, is wanted on an extraditable warrant for raping a female child in Orange County, said Trooper Steven Nevel. The Southern District of New York has also issued a warrant for Torres for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, Nevel said. Orange County resident, Brittany Hendershot, age 19, of Port Jervis, has been missing since Thursday, June 23, but was officially reported missing to police on Tuesday, July 5 by her mother.
