Man Caught Driving Drunk With 2 Kids In Westchester, Police Say A man was charged with DWI under Leandra's Law after he was found driving drunk in Westchester County with a young child and infant in the car, police said.  On Saturday, Feb. 4, around midnight, state police found a vehicle parked on the shoulder of I-95 in Mamaroneck and went to investigate it. Inside the car, they found the driver, 26-year-old Martin E. Man Accused Of Driving Drunk At More Than Twice Legal Limit In Westchester County A 32-year-old man was charged after police said he drove in Westchester County while intoxicated at more than two times the legal limit. Troopers stopped a vehicle for vehicle and traffic violations on I-95 in Mamaroneck at about 1:50 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 11, New York State Police reported. CT Man Busted By State Police With Pound Of Pot On I-95 A Connecticut man who was stopped by New York State Police on I-95 in Westchester for a traffic violation was busted with more than a pound of marijuana in his car, authorities announced. Troopers on patrol on I-95 in Mamaroneck stopped Hartford County resident Angel Rodriguez, Jr., age 29, of Rocky Hill, when he committed a vehicle and traffic violation in the area. According to police, during the subsequent stop, troopers found that Rodriguez was found to be in possession of approximately 1.16 pounds of marijuana, and he was taken into custody without incident.
