Man, Woman Charged For Scamming $15,500 From Westchester Woman An investigation by police in Westchester led to the arrest of a man and woman who allegedly bilked a woman out of more than $15,000. On Saturday, March 13, the Onalaska Wisconsin Police Department requested the assistance of the Town of Greenburgh Police Department after an elderly resident of Onalaska reported she had been defrauded out of $15,500.00, Greenburgh Police Lt.
