Police Use Narcan To Save Overdose Victim In Wallkill Some fast-thinking police officers in Orange County helped save a man’s life using Narcan to prevent a fatal overdose. Shortly after 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 24, officers were dispatched to an Emergency Medical Services call at Round 1 Bowling and Amusement Center on Galleria Drive, where there were reports of a man possibly suffering from an overdose. Police said that upon arrival, officers found a 44-year-old Grahamsville man unconscious on the floor, demonstrating signs of an alleged overdose.
