Update: Hudson Valley Teen Stabbed To Death ID'd Police have identified a teen who died from a stab wound during an incident in the Hudson Valley that left two others seriously injured.  Orange County resident Destin Rabess, age 18, of Montgomery was killed around 2:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 12 in Port Jervis. Port Jervis Police learned of the death and injured when they responded to Bon Secours Community Hospital located at 160 East Main St., Port Jervis, for a report of three patients in the emergency department with stab wounds, said Lt. 21-Year-Old Caught Printing Pistols In Orange County, Police Say A Hudson Valley man has been accused of allegedly printing ghost guns using a 3-D printer after being charged with possession of a loaded firearm.  Orange County resident Noah James McCagg, age 21, of Port Jervis, was arrested on Saturday, March 25, following a foot chase by police on Front Street by Port Jervis Police. When arrested, McCagg was in possession of a loaded 9mm pistol, said Port Jervis Police Chief William Worden.  An investigation revealed that McCagg had created the pistol inside his Prospect Street residence using a 3-D printer, Worden said. Three Charged For Separate Violent Incidents In Area, Authorities Say Three men are facing charges in separate violent incidents involving weapons in a Hudson Valley city.
