Rowseelee, a bubble tea shop in Putnam County at 600 Route 6 in Mahopac, will hold a grand opening celebration on Friday, May 17 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The eatery, which has been open since March, serves a variety of bubble, milk, and cold brew teas, as well as matcha and coffee.
