Hudson Valley Man Faces 12 Years In Prison For Pulling Gun On Cops
A Hudson Valley man pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a weapon as an armed violent felony just days before his trial was to begin.

Dutchess County resident Leopoldo Duarte Palacios, age 38, of Poughkeepsie, made the plea on Tuesday, April 2.
