New Rochelle Priest Latest From Westchester Facing Sexual Abuse Allegations A reverend at a church has become the third priest in Westchester to be accused this week of sexually sexual assault dating back decades. Rev. William Luciano of the Blessed Sacrament Church in New Rochelle was the third priest to be temporarily removed from his ministry, Cardinal Timothy Dolan wrote in a letter to parishioners dated Thursday, Oct. 3.
