Kenneth Cole Lists Purchase Estate For $22M: Report After several decades, famed fashion designer Kenneth Cole has decided to list his more-than-century-old Westchester estate where he raised his children, according to reports.  Cole, who owns the global Kenneth Cole Productions fashion company, has listed his Purchase estate for $22 million with Pat Hirsch at Julia B.
