White Plains resident Nija Woodbury, age 23, was sentenced to six months in prison on Monday, Feb. 5 for assaulting a baby in her care while employed as a nanny, the Westchester County District Attorney's Office announced.

Moments after completing his jail sentence for having inappropriate sexual contact with four different teenagers, a New York man was immediately re-arrested on a new sex charge, authorities said.
Kyle Pascher, age 21, of Troy, was taken into custody Friday, Sept. 23, at the Rensselaer County Correctional Facility on a warrant for sexual misconduct.
The charge stems from an alleged inappropriate relationship between Pascher and a child under the age of 17 that was reported in January 2022, New York State Police said.

A Westchester County man has been sentenced to 10 years of probation for sexually abusing a woman while she was sleeping.
Anthony Urena, age 25, of New Castle, was sentenced on Wednesday, June 15, after being found guilty by a jury, said Westchester County District Attorney Miriam E. Rocah.
In addition to the 10 years, Urena will be required to register as a sex offender, the DA's Office said.
