The arrest happened on Wednesday, Dec. 18, around 1 p.m., when Troop T Troopers from SP Tarrytown pulled over a 2018 Nissan Rogue for vehicle and traffic law violations in Greenburgh (Westchester), police said. The driver, identified as 27-year-old Maximilian X. Blevins, was in possession of a stolen loaded SCCY Industries 9mm firearm from North Carolina, along with a large quantity of illegal drugs, police said. …

Man Charged With Driving At Twice Legal Limit After Crash In Westchester A 22-year-old Westchester man has been arrested for allegedly driving drunk at more than twice the legal limit after crashing his vehicle in Northern Westchester. Tye Castle, of White Plains, was arrested around 2:47 a.m., on Sunday, Dec. 15 after Yorktown Police responded to a single-vehicle crash, said the Yorktown Police. When police arrived on the scene, they found Castle was allegedly drunk and had crashed his vehicle.
