Police responded to a Westhampton residence at about 5:50 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 20, after receiving the report about a male, whose age was not identified, threatening to set his house on fire, the Southampton Town Police Department said. In Suffolk County, the Southampton Police Department received a phone call that was intended for the Westhampton Beach Police Department at approximately 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 2 from an agitated man who allegedly made threats. Police Search For Missing 17-Year-Old Long Island Girl Police are asking the public for help locating a missing 17-year-old girl from Long Island.  Lesli Roxana Morales Suy, of Westhampton Beach, was last seen at her Mortimer Street home on Sunday, Nov. 7, according to the Westhampton Beach Police Department.  She was reported missing by a relative on Thursday, Nov. 18, police said.  Lesli is described as being about 4-foot-8 and 125 pounds, with brown eyes and long, black hair.  She was last seen wearing black pants, a black shirt and a black sweater, police said.  Police said Lesli speaks Spanish fluently, and…

Cell Containing 500 Gallons Of Diesel Fuel Stolen From Parking Lot On Long Island Police are investigating a grand larceny case after a fuel cell was stolen from a parking lot on Long Island. Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Westhampton Beach Police Department detectives say a fuel cell containing more than 500 gallons of diesel fuel was stolen from the parking lot at Lashley Beach on Dune Road in Westhampton Beach at some point between Monday, Nov. 18 at 4 p.m. and Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 6 a.m. The tracking number of the fuel cell, which police say weighed more than 6,500 pounds at the time of the theft, is 528TC27.
