NY Man Driving Tractor Was Plowed -- At Nearly Four Times Legal Limit, Police Say New York State Police are saying a man was driving a tractor while his blood alcohol content was nearly four times the legal limit. State troopers arrested Steven Harrison, age 42, on Monday, July 5 in the area of Weaver Dam Road in Petersburg, located in Rensselaer County, about 28 miles east of Albany, near the Massachusetts border. LI Woman Pulled Over In BMW Had No License, 46 Suspensions, Police Say A Long Island woman who was pulled over had no license and 46 suspensions, according to police. Juwel Johnson of Wyandanch was driving a 2006 BMW northbound on Commack Road in Deer Park at around 4:35 p.m. and turned east on Grand Boulevard, when an officer initiated a traffic stop for failure to signal, according to Suffolk County Police. A check on Johnson’s license reportedly showed she currently has a non-driver ID only, and her DMV license record revealed it been suspended 46 times on 14 different dates, said police.
