Woman Charged With Prostitution After Investigation Of Hicksville Spa A woman was arrested for prostitution during a raid at a Long Island spa, police announced. An undercover investigation at the premise in Hicksville located at 195 South Broadway, led to the arrest of Ru Shao, age 35, of Queens, Nassau County Police said. According to Narcotics Vice Squad Detectives, Shao performed unauthorized massages. The location was secured by the Town of Oyster Bay Building Department.
