It was conducted in Patchogue at the parking lot at 120 South Sunrise Service Rd. between 11:15 p.m. Friday, Sept. 2, and 2:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 3. 7 Charged During Sobriety Checkpoint At Busy Long Island Intersection Seven people were charged during an overnight sobriety checkpoint overnight at a busy Long Island intersection. It was conducted in Patchogue at Waverly Avenue and North Service Road between 11:15 p.m. Friday, Aug. 19, and 2:20 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 20. The checkpoint in Patchogue at Waverly Plaza, located at 361 North Sunrise Highway Service Road, late Friday night, Dec. 20 into early Saturday morning, Dec. 21.
