ID Released For Man Found Dead Outside Long Island Restaurant Police are seeking the public’s help to obtain information regarding the murder of a man who was found outside a Long Island restaurant. Vincent Kelleher, 60, was found by a passerby in the rear parking lot of a former Ruby Tuesday restaurant, located in Deer Park at 403 Commack Road, on Monday, Nov. 16 at 8:02 p.m.  The area is frequented by homeless individuals. An autopsy determined Kelleher, 60, died of blunt force trauma, Suffolk County Police said. Man Found Dead Behind Long Island Restaurant Police are investigating the death of a man found behind a Long Island restaurant. The man was found dead around 8 p.m., Monday, Nov. 16, after police responded to the rear lot of Ruby Tuesday, located at 403 Commack Road, in Deer Park, after a report of an injured person, Suffolk County Police said.  When officers arrived at the scene, they found an adult man lying dead on the ground.
