Police: Woman Who Gave False ID Charged In Fatal Crash Near Medical Center On Long Island A woman who gave officers a false identification has been charged in connection to a two-vehicle fatal crash on Long Island. It happened at around 9:48 a.m. Monday, Oct. 14 in Suffolk County. Rose Mastrodomenico, 90, of Calverton, was driving a 2014 Nissan eastbound on Route 25A when she attempted to enter the parking lot of The Wading River Medical Center at 271 Route 25A in Wading River when her vehicle was struck by a westbound 2006 Jeep.
