Third Alleged MS-13 Member Charged In Massapequa Preserve Slaying, Authorities Say A third alleged MS-13 gang member has been charged with the murder of a man whose remains were found in the Massapequa Preserve during an intensive search of the area. Samuel Ponce, 18, of Hempstead, was arrested on Tuesday, Sept. 17, in connection with the murder of Bryan Steven Cho Lemus, 18, of Uniondale, whose body was discovered on Friday, May 24, by Nassau County detectives searching the preserve, said the Nassau County Police.
