Popular Pretzel Chain's New Long Island Shop Draws Long Lines Philly Pretzel Factory's new shop in Smithtown, which opened this month, is drawing long lines. The chain sells Philadelphia-style soft pretzels and dips, pretzel dogs, pretzel cheesesteaks, and pretzel pepperoni melts among specialties, along with dips, and drinks.  Next month a new product, cheesesteak filled rivets or "little bites" will be added next month, a franchise spokesperson said.
