Human Remains Found On Long Island Human Remains Found On Long Island
Human Remains Found On Long Island Police are investigating after human remains were found on a Long Island roadway. The incident happened just before 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 30 at Sunken Meadow State Park in the town of Smithtown, Suffolk County. Further info is pending examination by the Suffolk County Medical Examiner’s Office and further investigation by the state police. This is an active investigation and the State Police is asking for any witnesses or anyone with information to call 631-756-3300.

Isaiah Henriquez, age 20, of West Babylon had last been seen on Saturday, April 8. On Thursday, July 13 at around 7:15 a.m., New York State Police troopers responded to a call of the remains found off the parkway eastbound in the wooded area around Exit 40 in the town of Islip. The discovery was made at around 1:30 p.m. Monday, March 6, at Smith Point County Park in Shirley, according to Suffolk County Police.
