Bellport Man Arrested 46 Times, Nabbed For 10 Larcenies A Long Island man who police say has been arrested 46 times has been charged with 10 new larcenies across the region.  Emmitt Smith, age 43, of Bellport, was charged on Wednesday, April 24, with the larcenies that occurred across Nassau County, according to Nassau County Police. Woman Wanted For Stealing Wallet, Attempting To Use Stolen Credit Card At Long Island Store Police are searching for a woman who attempted to use credit cards from the wallet of a shopper on Long Island. A Huntington woman reported the wallet missing at approximately 1:50 a.m. on Monday Nov. 2 while shopping at the Walt Whitman Shops in Huntington Station, according to Suffolk County Police.
