Covid-19: New Outbreak Linked To Long Island Polling Site A new COVID-19 outbreak has been linked to an early voting site on Long Island, officials said. Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone announced this week that at least 10 COVID-19 cases have been identified in relation to an early polling site at Stony Brook University's location in Southampton. Of the confirmed cases, six of the 10 people worked at the polling site.
