Police Responding To Report Of Body Found Outside Long Island Home (Developing) Police are investigating reports of a body found outside a home on Long Island. Emergency crews were called at around 3:45 p.m. Friday, June 9, to a home in North Babylon, located on Mohawk Drive near Deer Park Avenue. When officers arrived, they found one person dead in the home’s backyard, according to police radio traffic. The agency was sending a crime scene unit to the home to investigate. Police Release Image Of Belt That May Belong To Serial Killer In Gilgo Beach Case For the first time in almost a decade, Suffolk County Police have released new evidence in connection with the Gilgo Beach serial killer case. During a press conference on Thursday, Jan. 16,  police released an image of a black leather belt with two initials that they believed could belong to the killer because it had not been touched by any of the victims. The belt is imprinted with the letters "WH" or "HW" depending on the way the belt is turned. Four Found Dead In Northern Westchester Home Four people were found dead in a home in Northern Westchester on Thursday afternoon, Dec. 5. Police were called to perform a welfare check at 1:50 p.m. by the Pleasantville Union Free School District when two of those found dead, students in the district, did not show up for school.
