Trio Busted Selling Marijuana, Flavored Nicotine Products At Bellerose Terrace Business, Police Three men are accused of selling marijuana out of a Long Island business. Nassau County Police narcotics detectives conducted an investigation at the Convenience and Smoke shop, located in Bellerose Terrace on Jamaica Avenue, on Thursday, Jan. 25. During their search, they allegedly found hundreds of bags or products containing THC, the active ingredient in marijuana, as well as products containing cannabis.
