$1,000,000 Powerball Ticket In $748.3M Drawing Sold In NY New York is one of three states in which a second-place ticket worth $1 million for the Powerball drawing on Saturday, Sept. 23 was purchased. It was sold in Westchester County at Chestnut Mart on 69 Theodore Fremd Ave. in Rye. The two other $1M tickets were sold in California and Florida. There was no first-prize winner in the $748,300,000 drawing. The jackpot for the new drawing on Monday, Sept. 25 is now at $785,000,000.
